Saving water and cleaning carpet
As you would know, south east queensland is experiencing a drought. This is serious, and we are serious about water conservation. We are just as serious as giving you the same exceptional results for your clean carpet.
We are able to acheive this using high grade detergents and high pressure machines. The detergent is firstly presprayed onto the carpet pile, releasing dirt and stains. The fine high pressure water line on our carpet cleaning tools cleans, then removes dirt and dust, to give that fresh clean result.
On average, we would use 17 litres, or one and a half buckets of water per average size bedroom, and up to 30 litres for a lounge room. So if your home has three carpeted bedrooms and a lounge room, on average we would use approximately 80+ litres of water.
We also bucket the water into the machine. Actually nothing has changed for us. This is a practise we have used for quite some time. We thought it important that you should know that we are just as concerned about cleaning your carpet as you are about water conservation.
